Different colleges follow different policies for fee redemption. Unfortunately most colleges do no make redemption. Still you should check it with your own college. Making an enquiry would make things clear.

And yeah, if you wanna change your college, then you would have to make a fresh application again. Your application should be based on strong grounds that why are u changing your college.

Hope this helps.

All the best...

Well, under the previous immigration scheme you just had to inform them, but under the new Tier's system you have to make a fresh application.

Do you have a link to refer ? I checked the UKCISA site. It says a new application is required only if the course length is different.

Basically, I want to change the college and the course. The length of both the course is same. I will be travelling to UK only in mid September.

Okey. I will mail to the address provided in UK Border Agency site after I get the visa. I will do it before I leave India.

Hi

Well if you read tier4 guidance you would find clear answer how to change sponsor.

If you have already applied then wait for decision and once you are in UK you can easily change sponsor. But at this stage would create undue complication.

You have to get new visa letter from new sponsor with clear maintenance requirement.I belive if you informed home office that you are changing sponsor then you have to apply again for visa.
