Challenge - 2 diff sources for Gross Salary?

Challenge - 2 diff sources for Gross Salary?

As salaried employee, I have two different sources corroborating the Net Salary > Payslips > Bank Statement.

The challenge is that - Bank Statement will provide evidence for Net Salary. While Payslips work for both Gross & Net.

In that case, should the applicant provide a different sources to substantiate Gross Salary? Tax Document or Letter from CA?

I think you are reading too much in to it :)

You only have one (+1 P60) to prove your gross salary. And that is your payslip.

You claim points against your Gross and highlight the same Net in the bank statements.

Your payslip should show Gross, Deduction (Income Tax and NI contributions) and Net. The case worker should be able to verify the amounts in your bank statements.

Or to help the case worker you can make a table to show your Gross, Net and Trasaction date on the Bank Statements and include it in your cover letter. Or you can submit a letter from your employer to back it up, but again, it will not any value to your case as P-60, Payslip and letter from your employer are from the same source.

Ps: P60 will never be able to substantiate your claims, unless you are claimimg from April (year-1) to March (Year)

If you have Payslip(mentioning Net and Gross) and Bank Statement corroborating Net salary in your payslips, you are fine. Don't bother about other documents.
