Have You Applied Tier 1 Under Self-Employed

hello there..

I am on PSW and i hold masters degree from uk university, i am under 27, and i want to set up my business to claim the rest of required points for my tier 1 general application... I am about to start a computers and laptops shop and i need 20k income... My question is wt do i need to do in order to make the documentation... like bank accounts.. accountants... bank transactions, tax returns. etcetra, do i need a gud solicitor..?.. i am about to get an accountant but i have not much idea... any person who is or was in the same situation..?. can someone guide me..?.. it will be a great help.. thnx in advance.
