Extension after initial rejection

Post by random.thoughts » Fri Aug 28, 2009 11:55 am

Hi,
I was rejected EC in 2007 after which I got my visa in Dec 2007. Now I am planning to extend my HSMP visa (to tier-1 of course).

I was thinking if we should mention somewhere that my visa was rejected earlier and that I had provided a 13 page explanation letter ;) to get it again? I ask this because the Tier-1 migration form does not ask anything like "Have you ever been denied a UK visa".

Should I still mention that in my covering letter or attach old refusal/explanation pages?

No harm in disclosing factual information.
