Earning definition

Post by venkata kiran P » Fri Aug 28, 2009 1:24 pm

Hi,

I am venkat, planning for Tier1 (general) HSMP soon.

Some part of my annual salary is deducted and paid as yearly bonus. This amount is reflected in my monthly salary slips, but it is mentioned in my Annual package of joining letter.

As per HSMP is this bonus is included my earnings or not.

If the bonus amount is shown in any our your monthly PAY SLIPS that you are claiming ur earnings points in that case you can include it

As long as your bonus or commission is reflected clearly in your pay slips, then it is fine and will be considered for calculating Gross Pay.
