UK visitor visa query

Hi,One of my friend is from India has visitor Visa to UK and then been to USA on H1B. Now can he come to UK from US direclty ?
or he has to go to india and then to Uk ?
Please advice. Thanks in advance

He can come to the UK from the States, or wherever, using his multi-entry visitor's visa.
