thanks vinny...we left 2gther in december 08...i stayed for 4months,in the effort 2 marry...then left and came back a further 2 times

I'm hoping your child's birth certificate has your name as seen in your passport on it. If so I think proof of partner is a given

Go over the application like there's no tomorrow, know the rules inside out, read the diplomatic service procedures for the application in question. If so you should be fine

pls guide me dear, gues i have teh same case..my husnband is in england n m in india , i applied for PSW but was refused on the grounds of deception , with right to appeal..i came back in feb09 on my own expense and taht too before teh period of 28 days, my only question is:

Do i have to wait to apply for student depandant visa??..or can i apply in Nov09??

SOP- don't think you and the OP have the same case as the OP is a british citizen which means her spouse would be exempt from the ban technically! Whereas your spouse is on a student visa....and many posters have already told you they think more than likely you will be banned for the next ten years....I suppose you can try but I think frm what I have read and seen with other cases you will be refused! So it may just be a waste of money! Don't think you are going to get the answer you want to hear....as many of the senior members think you will be banned!
