spouse already in the UK on a student visa. maintenance fund

Hi,

My spouse is already in the UK on a student visa.

I plan to apply for a Tier-1. Do I have to show maintenance funds with her as a dependent too? Or, since the application is only for me, I only show funds for myself (2800 GBP) ?

If she is not going to be your dependant (i.e. on dependant VISA) you need to show funds for yourself only.

NO u dont need to show for ur spouse.. maintenance funds for urselves is enough..

that situation will come when one of ur decide to move to one ur's dependent..
