URGENT - query regarding HCU Post Card

Post by MSI GEEK » Tue Sep 01, 2009 10:50 am

URGENT replies sought - please help

I arrived on HSMP visa on 30 Aug 2009. I was referred to Health Control Unit.

I am an Indian National living in NZ for last 3 years. I was not aware of any TB releated medical certificates.

I told the officer at Health Control Unit regarding my stay in NZ for last 3 years. I have already passed through immigration - However, I have given a post card addressed to

The Principal Medical Officer
Health Control Unit

The post card contains details regarding my address, name , flight number, etc.

My questions are:

1. Do I have to post the same?

2. Will I asked for to come for any further medical tests?

These are questions you should have put to the officer who issued the card to you at the time! You can otherwise call the Health Control Unit, and ask them what you need to do with the card, as well as any other reservations you may have concerning the same.
