EEA3(Permanent residence for EEA )–Worth to apply?

Hi all,

Is it worth to apply EEA3 ?
Is there any benefit becomes PR in UK (being an EEA, French citizen).
I am an Indian holding EEA2 and my husband EEA national.

the answer is no you and your partner will automatically be permanent residence after your 5 year RC expired provided he has fulfill his treaty right.
filling eea3/4 it just for confirmation of the permanent residency
