Dependants joining later - what option to select?

if applying for myself alone first, in that case whether I have to provide marriage certificate and birth certificate.

Otherwards, what option to select, "Select YES if dependants accompanying you or joining later?" or no.......my case it will be after 1 year, after my sons education. so to select yes or no. If I select NO, am I eligible to apply for my dependants after 9 or 12 months later?

You can chose no. You do not need to provide marriage certificate or your son's birth certificate with your application.
