Help needed to fill up FLR(O)- Student Dependent

I am applying for a student's dependent. In FLR(O) Application form do I have to fill the 'Section 1-Applicants Details' or my wife...??? My wife already has visa and it's me who is applying for Dependent and I am applying only for myself... If I have to fill that then what about in 'Section 2-Dependents who are also applying'..???..........
Again if Section-1 for my wife and Section-2 for me then do we have to pay £50 extra...??? because it says "Main applicant and dependent-£465+£50" But it's only me who is applying for dependent visa...
I am so confused......please help.........
