Hi

Its all depend upon your refusal reasons and evidence you have.

If you have strong evidence which clearly pointing to refusal letter then Paper appeal would be good and of course less expensive.

If you have complicated immigration history or complicated story then yes go with good legal representation.

I have seen people with solicitor+barrister refused in Ait.

So all depend upon your case.

I do have all strong evidences.

UKBA refused to award 30 points for my college letter which college forgot to put on the paper. Now I have that in my hand.

UKBA refused to award 10 points for maintenance funds which I provided my father sponsor letter + my sister bank account over 10000. and my acoount 2400. UKBA need me to show £3100...

Now I have sufficient money in my account to show.

The reason is how to choose ground for my appeal for ignoring UKBA rules..
UKBA clearly pointed that need to have sufficient amount of money in the account. I used my sis account and my father sponsor letter..

Now I got everything...

I need to send before 9/09/09.

Dont know yet which ground i have to choose..

plsease advice

If you applied under Tier4 rules then you should know Sister account is not accepted for maintenance. But parents accounted is accepted.

Ground is very simple this is not accordance with immigration rule and then you would prove how.

Focus on refusal reasons and explain with evidence how this is not right.
