Appeal Allowed - What Next?

Post by girish » Mon Sep 07, 2009 5:53 pm

Hello Frendz

i had been to the AIT court on 24th of Aug and i have received the determination(appeal is allowed) on 26th for my wife's visa under dependent HSMP category.

We have been asked to wait for 28 days; if BHC wants to appeal. So awaitng for the same....

Can anybody tell me, what are the next steps? Do we receive a letter from embessy to send for passport or can we send it straigh away after 28 days?

My wife had applied via VFS-Chennai, India from where the visa was rejected earlier.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards
Girish
