PSW documents and appeal

Post by chinmayraut » Mon Sep 07, 2009 1:30 pm

HI I have already applied for the Psw visa and now and in fear that I might rejected. Can any one tell me if the doc I submitted are right.

Application made 14 Aug 2009

Bank statement from 28 April to 27 July (5 original sheet and 2 printed with stamped and signed by the bank with minimum balance 850 and max 1300 pound)
University letter about my graduation to be held in November. (Sign Printed)
University letter about marks I obtain (Sign Printed)
Application form
2 photos

IF rejected and allowed to appeal for statement can i send the statement from 27 july to the 14 aug as the home office charged me 500 pound at the time and dropping my balance below 800 ponds. Also 14 aug will be month month older now.

What will be the other cost as the appeal can be made free.

Why are you asking such a question? If you believe that you sent the right documents, then why the fear?

have patience for a few more weeks, it sounds like you have everything they asked for.
How did you get your bank statements stamped and signed? my bank refused on grounds that they do not sign or stamp anything anymore....

Its the last few statements those the bank can give a sign and stamp for(other sheets can be obtain on request which takes 3 to 4 days to come ). Also It should be a bigger bank branch and have to give them a strong reason that you need it urgently.
