could some 1 Please help with the Ilr Guidance,
My wife's WP started on 27/10/04(she was already in uk as my dependant- just changed over to her own WP) started maternity leave june 2008, and changed over to tier 1 general migrant on 1 /10/2008 with her job finishing on 15-11-2008.(after the grant of tier1 )
she was in india for 83 days from oct-2008 till jan 2009(visa - tier 1 leave to remain), now has started new job from june 2009 { visa status still tier 1 (general)migrant}
1) is she elligible for ILR (starting 27-10-2004)
2) is there a problem due to break in employement-nov08-jun 09
3)is there a problem with that 83 days out of uk at a strech(total days out of uk in 5 yrs is approx 270 including buissness , holidays , compasionate leaves etc.
