if i get married while waiting for my 5 yr residency, will this cut the waiting time? i would appreciate as much help as possible. thank you

if u marry a british citizen it wouldbe the 3yr rule

If you have ILR already then you can apply for BC the day you get married as you have already spent, i presume, at least 4years in the country

i was not here lawfully, thats why i'm wondering if i get married to my boyfriend if things will be easier.
