Dear Community members,
My leave to remain (HSMP) got turned down today as my funds dropped down to 760£ for 2 days. I had more than 800£ for last 6 months but this unfortunate incident happened.
I'm really dishearten by this outcome of my application and intend to file an appeal on humanitarian reasons.
Could anyone give me advice on how to pursue my case now?
Thanks in advance for your kind suggestions.
Regards,
Wasif

sorry to hear abt this.
if you have any joint accounts or other savings account which can cover those 2 days, then there is a good chance.
i have seen few members in this forum who got it approved by keeping fresh evidences for supporting the maintenance fund in the appeal.
I would suggest to hire a good solicitor for your case. Wait for other senior members suggestion. all the best!

You basically need £73(presuming you need £833) in other account to reach you target. As srirag suggested, can you check you other saving account which can cover this gap for these two days?

Funds in other accounts will help you in preparing a strong argument for appeal.

Sorry to hear that. I advice you to get help from a solicitor and try to get recommendation from your local MP that might be helpful. I remember one famous case of a guy having a doctorate degree but his application was rejected on similar basis, media reported it and they were going to consider it again. Give it a try like this. Good luck!!

you can use a bank account from your home country for that 2 days. dont know where you are from, but in many countries the banker can sort you out for those 2 days by issuing back dated statement if you know the banker well.
