TIER 4 APENDIX 8 FORM PART 6 (6.1 & 6.8)

Hi,

I am filling up the subject form and there is confusion;

6.1 What is the length of your course in calender months?--------- Months

6.8 You must have GSB800 per month to cover>>>>>>>>maintenance in the UK (up to a maximum of 9 months).

Now the question is, first of all Pre-Session course >> 3 month General English (CEFRL Level A2) will start and after finishing this course there will be one week break and my Main Course BTEC Adv Professional Diploma in Management Studies will start and will continue one year.

How many months shall i show in 6.1 above &

in 6.8 how much money i should show?

Check your visa letter.How much is written in that i.e 15 months

6.8 You must have GSB800 per month to cover>>>>>>>>maintenance in the UK (up to a maximum of 9 months).

It does not matter as you have applied for 15 months visa so you need to prove

£7200(9@£800 for inner London College) + I year fee

OR

£5400(9@£600 for outer London College) +1 year fee

This is standard maintenance you have to show even your course is for 3 years.

Thanks. Visa letter is showing first 3 months for english course separately and then Main Course one (1) year. So you mean i should put 15 months in total course period. Also i have paid full fee for both courses and arranged one month accommodation @ GSB95 (GSB380) in the college hostel.

What shall i show maintenance funds in the bank statement. Thanks for your reply.

You have already paid total fee so you need to show

£7200-accommodation fee paid.(required funds in bank statement)

Home office would subtract accommodation fee paid from your maintenance requirement.
