UK Embassy in Dublin is full of incompetent staff

I applied for an EEA family permit over two months ago and no reply, i have called, i have written. I am at my wits end. Anyone else in similar situation please write and we can all petition this disgrace of an embassy.

well, you need to take a DART from there and hop off at O'Connell's, cross the bridge and come to INIS office to see a block full of incompetent bunch. In your case I suggest to fax or send a complaint to Border Agency attaching documentation and prrof of submission. You will be surprised how Brits are so much more competent compared to Oirish. Good luck

Mine has been with them also 2 months now.I have written several times but all the reply i get has been "no decision yet"
I believe the uk embassy staff in dublin thinks they can do anything they want with people's life.
I am considering a return of my application.

yes it is strange as i applied for uk family permit 3 times and each time i got my passport back within 10 days...there has to be a backlog i guess

My wife applied for an EEA FP at the British embassy, Dublin in late 2007.

The application was sent to them on Monday, received by them on Tuesday and approved / returned the same day. We received everything back on the Wednesday.

I think one would be surprised to see how much has changed at the British High commission since 2007. There performance and professionalism has deteriorated sharply.
