Changes on 7th august.Contacting migrant For minor errors??

The changes on 7th of august by the uk border agency saying that they will contact migrants where there are minor omissions or errors in their application...

I want to know that this rule apply for only those applications which are made inside the United Kingdom or It also applied to the applications made Outside the United kingdom??

Hi

I have not heard till today that they have contacted anybody for minor errors.
So this does not often happens.
