Refugee Status to ILR

My partner has recently been granted refugee status after appeal through the AIT.
My partner was granted limited leave to remain until 2014. This was issued on a folded A4 status Document and not on her passport.

What would be the best way to get her ILR before her limited leave expires in 2014?

I have ILR.

she would caught up in the new rule june 2011 if gordon brown is still in power.

i never knew that, i thought that the other party wouldnt bother but then again listen to everyone else i think they will. back to the question about the 2011 rule change, there is alot about this topic you could look it up and have a read for yourself.
