Visa problem

Hi everybody,

Iam from India and studying Masters in sweden.

My visa is expired in August 2008, And i have applied my student visa extension, But i didnt get, They asked me to submit my student credentials for the last year,

But unfortunately i need to go India by the next week, But i dont have sweden visa for the last one year.

Is it possible to go home country from sweden without a sweden visa. Is there any problems in the airport? What is the problem we have to face with the immigration people.

First you said you are doing your master in Sweden and later said you do not have a valid visa for the last one year...how come ?

Sure its possible to go home to your country (India) but they will stamp your passport at the airport ..ban you not to enter Sweden probably for another one year. And that ban will be valid for the whole Schengen/EU states.
