D5. Are either the applicant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel
document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which
shows his/her current leave unavailable?

yes or no


D11. What is the applicant’s current immigration status in the United Kingdom?
In my case PSW?


L8. The applicant should input his/her earnings into the Tier 1 (General) points based
calculator and provide his/her total earnings claimed in pounds sterling.
Do i need to enter my total gross salry in this section?



Evidence of earning provided? section
Do I need to write bank statement , payslips or simply say cover letter attached?


Can I use my Credit Card(MasterCard) for payment? or or Debit Card (Visa) for Payement?

yes or no - If you are submitting your passport with the application then the answer is "No".


D11. What is the applicant’s current immigration status in the United Kingdom?
In my case PSW? - This is correct and write Tier 1 (PSW)

yes or no

If you are sending the passport which has your current visa stamped on it, then you have to answer No

D11. What is the applicant’s current immigration status in the United Kingdom?
In my case PSW?

Yes, you can mention Leave to Remain under Tier 1 PSW

L8. The applicant should input his/her earnings into the Tier 1 (General) points based
calculator and provide his/her total earnings claimed in pounds sterling.
Do i need to enter my total gross salry in this section?

Yes, if you have got salaries from different sources them mention them separately before adding them in the total column

Do I need to write bank statement , payslips or simply say cover letter attached?

Mention both Bank Statements and Payslips

Can I use my Credit Card(MasterCard) for payment? or or Debit Card (Visa) for Payement?

Any card which has sufficient payment limit will do

In Case on Self-employed what i need to write.??
For example if i do private tuition??
