I am helping to apply one of my friend to extent her visa Tier 4 Student Visa.
She is reading to PGCE Science from Sep 2008.
She needs to extend her visa.
She is planning to apply before 1st October 2009 and waiting for Visa letter.
Question 1: has she got to be holding the required amount in her account for 28 days?
Question 2: she lives with her friend’s accommodation no tenancy.
If she is applying next week what is the list of documents for her extension?

Your inputs much appreciate!!
Kalu

If she applied before 1 OCT then NO
Question 2: she lives with her friend’s accommodation no tenancy.
If she is applying next week what is the list of documents for her extension?
She needs a letter from her friend +permission from landlord that he has no problems if she lives there plus her friend tendency agreement.

Thank you so much UK_Banned_Member for your kind reply.
Again. Her friend is the owner of the house. So, does she need to submit letter from the owner + deed of the house? Or only letter?
Thanks in advance,

Hi

Then letter from friend with exact room measure with photo would be fine.

I believe college accommodation is simple solution for visa purpose.

After visa she can live anywhere.
