Visa application for new baby born in UK

HI,

Do I need to fill same UK tier 1 dependent application form For new baby born in UK, ( I recently extended my UK tier 1 visa)

Yes Dependent visa applications are same for dependent spouses and children..

in the application form signature field is mentioned, so do I need to take finger print of baby for that field?

You (Parent) can sign on behalf of ur child.. i did the same for my 3yrs old.. but in brackets mentioned (for child's name)

So I am sending the following documents along with application .
Passport of baby
Birth certificate
2 Passport photographs
12 month pay slips
12 month bank statements
p60
Letter from employer.

Please let me know if I miss any thing from list of documents.

Some people are saying that I need to fill FLR form for Childern born in UK.
