Student visa refused - no appeal given

If somebody is refused student extension and because they applied 1 week after their visa had expired, do they re-apply or ask for reconsideration ?

You need to appeal through a solicitor,but you will need good reasons to support why you sent your application after your leave to remain expired.

Hi

Well he would be considered overstay and application would be considered invalid with no right of appeal.

He can try new application with 28 days of refusal.
