I have a question on behalf of a friend.

they are a couple from Algeria with a 5 and half years child, she is year 1 at school, she was born in the UK, the parents came to the UK on a visitors visa of 6 months. in May 2003 and they stayed here since due to family problems back home.

is there anything they can do to regulrise their situation?

Hi

Not really as nobody is British.

They are unlucky as 7 years policy is withdrawn and is replaced by arctile8.

They can make artcile8 application but it would be difficult to win.

So not good chance really
