Hi Tonyz,

Yes they took payment from my account on 16th July 2009 and they confirmed over the phone as I didn't received any acknowledgment letter from them yet but my bank statement confirmed payment was taken on 16th July 2009.

I haven't spoken to them since end of August as I was told by some people not to contact them as they may delay processing your application. Dont know any current status at this moment in time though tried to ring today customer enquiry line but was continously engaged.

I will let you know if I speak to them today..

I can't say whether this is true or not, but I can tell you that I called them twice a week during the processing of my application and it only took a month to process my application. If anything, they should appreciate you calling them due to the high call charges one pays when calling them...

And if you have to pay £720, you surely have the right to know the status of you application anytime you wish.

I managed to contact customer service agent today but advised that application hasn't been assigned to case worker yet. All enquiries have been completed.

Do anyone know, how much time case worker take to decide an application.

Is there any one who can help as I am really worried now.

Regards,

Sani

Tech, have you got decision letter from homeoffice? Can you please let me know when did u apply for naturalisation as I am worried now as applied in July but haven't heard anything from them yet, called today but have been told application hasn't been assigned to caseworker yet. How did u manage to get the outcome from agent as they are not willing to discuss anything.
