withdrawing visa application

withdrawing visa application

Hi can i withdraw my visa application, Because my classes have already started and still i havent received my visa.The uni said it cannot give an extension. I have to wait untill JAN 2010.

i dont think thats a good idea, keep it and then when you recieve it then you can apply ifor your course in january.

Nothing harm in waiting and see what decision they take.

May be they issued visa to you.

You would not get your visa fee refunded, so no point really.

as i said immigrationuk2009 : He should not withdrawn his application and must wait until he gets it back from HO then he can apply in january on his course, is that abit clearer now?

Thanks for your replys and suggestions.In case i get my visa,do i need to apply for a visa aagin for the january intake?or the existing visa is valid?

I submitted my visa application yesterday and my course start date was this past Monday. Worldbridge (partner with the UK Border Agency) and a British High Commission (BHC) representative both said that this should be fine and I should get my study visa if my application contains all the required original supporting documents.
