Can i ask for tips on applying for a job while on vacation?

Hi!Im planning to get my brother next year for a vacation. Im just wondering, he's a graduate of caregiving and nursing aid courses back home in the Philippines. Is there any chance that he can try and look for a job while he's here in the country?thank u in advance for all ur help and advice!

Please Check the following links to see if his qualification meets the criteria for Green Card through the qualified positions in the Health Sector:

Please note that he will not be permitted to work, whiles on vacation on a visitors visa, however if he comes in as a student, he will be permitted to work 20 hours a week.
