Extension

Post by ind1 » Thu Nov 03, 2005 3:33 pm

Hi guys,

I plan to apply for extension in the first week of may 2005. I came to UK in July, and got job as Manager in September 05 in the chosen field. My wife has joined me in the end of September, 05 and she has not yet got a job. In that case, can anybody tell me, there will be any problem for the extension ?

pl. give your guidance.
Thanks

You shouldnt have any problems as you have been working and are economically active. This is assuming you are the HSMP holder and your spouse has come into the country as your dependent. Have a look at all recent extensions

Dear MWazir,

Thanks for your reply. I raised this doubt, since, I have claimed points for my spouse's qualifcations as well. Does it mean, that we too should be economically active ?

Thanks
