Post by farrukh37 » Wed Sep 23, 2009 4:39 pm

hi ,

i have withdrawn my current student visa application as i have to travel back-home due to some emergency family problems.

Do i have to wait 28 days to apply PSW visa from my country or there is no such rule exists ?

Regards,

Haven't seen any 28 days waiting requirement for Points Based System Tier 1 (Post-Study Work).
