I am sending my application by post tomorrow. Here is my covering letter and list of documents that i am sending.

I need your valuable suggestions and comments to improve it.

1) Last 12 months salary slips by employer (from Sep-2008 to Aug-2009.)

2) Bank Statements for the claim period showing that net salary credited into my Lloyds TSB Bank account.

3) Letter from Employer stating my Gross and Net salary earnings from Sep-2008 to Aug-2009.

I have also provided all above documents from June-2008 to Aug-2008 in order to cover the complete period of earnings for last 15 months.


3. UK Experience – 5 points claimed:

Please refer to evidence of previous earnings


4. English Language Requirement – 10 points claimed:

Already proved in my initial HSMP application. HSMP reference number 123456

5. Maintenance Funds – 10 points claimed:

I am submitting my Barclays bank account statements from 10/06/2009 to 18/09/2009 which shows that during 18/06/2009 to 18/09/2009 balance in my account never falls bellow the £3048.96 that is more than the required maintenance funds for me and my four dependents. The detail of required funds is as follows:
Main applicant = £800
Four dependents = £533 + £533 + £533 +£533 = £2132
Total required funds = £800 + £2132 = £2932


6. Summary:

4. TOTAL: 75 Points

Your letter seems perfect.Just sort your documents in the same order so they can check in a sequence.Recheck the guidance once again and then apply especially the photographs being recent and taken as per the requirement.
