Hi,

I am trying to call 0870 606 7766 since last 3 days during UK afternoon -evening time and its keep saying "all our advisors are busy..." and after this it gets disconnected. Anyone have same experience as this?
Does anyone knows other number which I can try?

hi,
there is no other number to check teh status.
this number normally says "thankyou for calling......." and then disconnects after the message......i had the same problem but then i started using "redial" instaed of dialing again myself and it works!!!! wierd ....i know but its true for me......
Remeber if you are getting connected you will hear the message "Welcome to ........." and NOT "thankyou for calling........."!!!!!

Try caling at 9:00 AM sharp alternatively keep pressing redial button.

try 02070354848 .try to call when its not around lunch time coz u wont get thru.after 3 and mid morning is the best time ...

I used to call them 3times a day and been lucky 2times of them only after my 6th week
9-9.30am 1-1.30pm and 3-3.30pm..

Its not easy because lotz of applicants dailing at the same time and even after getting connected it takes around 10-15mins to actually get the operator to be connected.. so just press that REDAIL button..

This makes me think why they don't provide online tracking as well.

Hi, I called two times from 8.58AM and got connected. However as push said, it might be less cumbersome to apply online.

Anyone had any luck booking online?

Any clue when the online slots are made available? I have been trying for the last couple of days and have not seen any appointments available. Also, it shows dates all the way up to 4th December, I was under the impression they only give appointments up till 6 weeks into the future.

Just to clarify, I am currently under the HSMP visa and my visa expires early January 2010. I should select the PBS T1 option right?
