Post by alexsh1 » Tue Sep 29, 2009 11:34 am

Dear all,

I have a quick question. My wife got a dependent Visa for 2 years as I am an ILR holder. Now I have been granted a citizenship. So my question is shall my wife change her visa? Many thanks for your help.

If she's on a spouse visa or FLR(M), then she may apply for ILR at the appropriate time.

Thanks for your reply guys. She applied and was granted FLR(M) Visa as my dependent. It states in the passport - spouse of .....(my name)

Now I am a British Citizen and wonder if she has to change visa.
