Selected 'NO" for the question have you ever refused visa for any country but H1B is on hold under 221g but passport does not have any US STAMP entries.

Any chances for rejection[Tier1 general]?

You should have declared it. Did you already submit the application? I believe that you are talking about online application. If you have not submitted it yet, you can write on that place in application about this mistake, before submitting it. It should be fine this way.

I have submitted already. Do they check with US embassy?

In guidance it is mentioned that they perform checks if they have reasonable doubts.

Which page of the application form do they ask if your entry clearance has been refused to any other country cause my student visa was refused to the US in 2001 and I didnt write about it.
