Is it possible to convert business visa(visit visa I assume) to WP ?shinetk9 wrote:I came here on a business visa then converted to WP and then to HSMP,

No, simply enter the date you got your first visa for UK.... whether Business/WP/HSMP/or any other visa... It has to be the first used to enter UK.gotcha wrote:Is it possible to convert business visa(visit visa I assume) to WP ?shinetk9 wrote:I came here on a business visa then converted to WP and then to HSMP,

If no, if you have left country before obtaining Entry Clearance, then you should mention details or EC obtained for WP.
Visit visa is non-immigration visa. Section D deals with "Immigration History".crowbar6 wrote:

I'd still advise to put details of first UK visa which I did when I applied for extension as per my solicitors advise. Your argument is logically correct as well so I rest my case.gotcha wrote:Visit visa is non-immigration visa. Section D deals with "Immigration History".crowbar6 wrote:

It is always entry clearance you first time used to enter. Remember time spend on non-immigration visa is discounted while considering your stay in UK.
I'm waiting to answer by OP about question asked, ir How does he "converted" visit visa to WP ?
