ILR - Parking tickets

Hi,

Currently i am completing the SET (O) form for ILR, and under criminal offence do I need to write down the parking tickets that I have received over the period of 5 years? Can anyone please answer my query?

No you do not, unless you did not pay and had been taken to the court.

The same applies to speeding fines.
