Long Term Residency has been approved

Post by marcaobr » Thu Oct 01, 2009 11:05 pm

My Long Term Residency has been approved, after a very long wait.
I just got a letter this morning saying that I have 28 days to pay the fee 500,00 euro.
I send my application on 10th oct 2006.

It is not all good news my passport is valid until 28 April 2010 it means I only going to get few months stamped on it.
I am thinking to apply for a new passport so I can get the 5 years at once
I just going to pay the 500,00 by next monday just in case.

good luck for everyone

It's unusual that they provide a deadline (28 days) for payment of the fee. I wonder what happens after 28 days?
INIS / Gov't must really need the money.
