Freelance work while on Work Permit visa

Hello,

I a work permit visa holder and work on the UK, but I was wondering if it is ok to work on small freelance jobs outside work hours? Is that a breach of my visa?

Yes, I believe you will be in a breach of law here if you have a work permit to work for a specific company and not a HSMP (Tier 1)
