Sorry if I am hijacking the thread but thought that my question is also relvant to this and may not need to start a new thread.
Do parents need to send their passport with application? or copies of their visas and passport will be fine?
What other supporting documents should be included with new born baby's application?

I've tried looking around and can't find anything that specifically mentions that the main applicant needs to provide their passport as well. They can easily look up your details with the reference number you provide.

Hi
experites and senoir members of the board.
Iam tierd calling Uk border agency and they said that i need to show maintenance funds for my new baby to aply for dependent visa under PBS
My query is as i come under Judicila review do i still need to show maintenance funds?
please note i got extended my visa under judicial review but the stamp says Tier 1(general) migrant.
Thanks for ur reply.
