Passport Stamped (visa approved): 30 September
Passport and documents received: 2 October

You are very intelligent.You have picked up the right point.I have the same question as well.Ukba never disclose the outcome of the outstanding application either by phone or email beforehand.Let him explain how did he know that he has achieved success in psw application.
