IGS TO PSW APPEAL

Post by Hope 09 » Sun Oct 04, 2009 5:27 pm

Confused! We got refused a PSW visa in July due to low maintenance and for sending internet bank statement. Got legal advice but we were told that we will not win the case because we did not fulfill the requirements and that they will not be representing us. We send the our appeal forms with supporting documents in August and decided that our decison should be based on papers without hearing. We received a letter from Tribunal 2nd week of September saying "The determination of our appeal has been adjourned because the Entry Clearance Officer has failed to provide his bundle of documents as ordered. We shld send any copies we rely upon for our case to be considered, including all documents sent with our application to the Tribunal within 56 days.

Sent appeal forms to AIT Birmingham in August, received a letter from AIT in Leiceister in August confiming the receipt of our forms sent and that if we have any other supporting documents should be sent to Leicester and the later received a letter in September requesting new/other supporting documents from AIT Hatton Cross, Feltham Middlesex.

Please help!

You can use these solicitors. I have heard good responses about them from other people and they can help you to switch to oral hearing instead of the paper one. They can also help you to make sure the HO sends all the relevant docs in to the AIT when the time comes. And I am sure they won't let you down by saying they would not be presenting your case. So, keep positive.
