HELP PLZ??????

HI ALL.
i got my HSMP approvel in Jan 2006, arrived UK in June 2006. my wife and children are still in home country.
I want to apply for their DEPENDENT Visa in December 2009,
MY QUESTION IS

1. IF I HAVE TO SHOW ANY SPECIFIC MAINTENANCE FUND FOR ME AND THEM ????

2. I CAN APPLY MY ILR IN JUNE 2010 (4 YEARS CONTINUOUS RESIDENCE IN UK)
CAN I ALSO APPLY MY DEPENDENT'S ILR WITH MY APPLICATION, OR SEPARATE IN 2010.

OR IF THEY HAVE TO REMAIN RESIDANCE IN UK FOR SOME YEARS??????IF SO HOW MANY YEARS.

See this link, it seems that you have to show maintenance fund even if you are on HSMP pre-JR.

You will not be able to apply for your dependant's ILR next year as they have not been in the country for 4 years along with you. However, they will get dependants of ILR status.
