Got psw visa today!! Hurray

Hello Folks,
Iam so happy today i got my psw visa after a long wait. It was almost 9 months wait until I got the visa finally.There is an end to it guyz so be patient.
Iam posting my timelines cuz it might help u guyz.
Here is my timelines.
Visa applied : 30 jan 2009
visa refused : 17 march 2009
appeal sent : 26 march 2009
appeal heard : 13th may 2009
determination recieved: 08 june 2009
call in letter recieved : 08 sept 2009( sent passport next day)
passport endorsed: 02 oct 2009

Congratulations for your success in applying PSW Visa.
From Jan to October.. Fiiuuhh it must have been a hard long of waiting.

I am myself considering to apply for PSW Visa. But, I am still hesitate.

If I may ask, what is the main reason that it took so long for you to get the PSW Visa? Do you have any idea?

For the application actually I have prepared it since the first time I came to the UK (Last Sept). I have prepared my bank account to be always above 800. Unfortunately, in August 2009, my bank statement was drop below 800 for four days. Thus, now I have to start collecting again my bank statement. It has been ok though now. But, I'm still worried about that 4 days downgrade, although all months were absolutely fine.

Furthermore, I will receive my final transcript in the end of October. The one that I confuse they need our final transcript rite? not the diploma certificate? because if they need the diploma certificate, I wont get it until next July in my graduation day.

I just really in dilemma rite now, and need any kind of info from the succesful applicant.

Appeal : 21 Sep 2009
Determination: 24 Sep 2009 won
to date waiting !!!!!

Guys, thanks for the time lines.... but it would be more useful if you could please mention reasons for first refusal?

I intend to know why PSW is refused as well BECAUSE it seems to be a straight forward application
