Fund Maintainence.....seeking an expert advice

I have gone through many threads in this section but sadly i am not to get any genuine answer regarding fund maintainence.
So plz if someone can help me in this regard.
Its a little long query but ill really appreciate a genuine help.

Query:

I have enough points to qualify Tier-1 PBS system. But regarding funds maintainence (2800 pounds) my query is:-

Since last 3yrs i have my salary account with some YYY bank. And i have spoken to vfs office recently and they told me that it is upto my discretion that in which account i want to show my funds. Whether YYY or any new ZZZ bank account(which i would use solely for fund maintainence).
And for fund maintainence i need to show minimum last 3months bank statements. And for salary i need to show 15months bank statement.

I want to know abt 2 scenario's:

1) lets say i bought some 1000 pounds(out of 2800) from my parents or friend than what sought of written proof i can submit with my visa application stating the source of these 1000 pounds?

2) I gave some amount to my frnd or brother some months back and which i got it back now.It will be shown in the bank statement. So do i need to give the source of this refunded money which i lend earlier and which is actually mine?

Bec vfs office told me it is always better to show the supporting documents as it makes your case stronger.

So can anybody please help me in this.
I dont want to visit any consultants for visa purpose and i wish to apply by my own. So i want to avoid any possible case of rejection due to carelessness or lack of knowledge.

Rule about maintenance is very clear. It's in black and white.
You need to show required funds for 3 continuous months. No matter where they come from. And documents required are only mentioned in guidance note.

Yes, you need to prove that you have 2800 GBP for the last three months in your account and the balance has never fallen below that limit. This proof (letter from bank, your passbook, or bank statements) should not be issued more than one month before the date of your application.

And for salary i need to show 15months bank statement.

No, you have to show only the proof of any consecutive 12 months in last 15 months prior to date of your application.

199.The evidence of maintenance must be of cash funds in the bank (this includes savings accounts and current accounts even when notice must be given), loan or official financial or government sponsorship available to the applicant. Other accounts or financial instruments such as shares, bonds, pension funds etc, regardless of notice period, are not acceptable.
