It clearly states that I am eligible for a one-off payment but I have not received any payment.
I written the letter to Croydon office for refund and got the reply I am not eligible for refund as I applied for extension in July 2007 and they sent me the new letter.
Got HSMP 09/09/2004
Came to UK on 09/10/2009
Applied for 2nd extension in July 2007.
Could any one please guide me what to do now?
