Its stilll unclear whom they reffert to as HSMP ..... pre NOV 2006 post NOV 2006 PRE FEB 2008, TIER 1 or all who applied before the effect of new rule wheather it be announcment , accpetance of this bill or Implimentation....

I think if you can apply for ILR before June 2011 than you are pretty much safe anyways you dont need to worry...
