Right to work during appeals process

Hi all,

My name is suraj and I had my appeal allowed for PSW visa.Im right now waiting for my visa to be stamped from appeals implementation unit.
I wonder if anyone could help me with any information or clauses from home office stating that there is a right to work during the appeals process which is required by my company.

During the appeal process, previous leave is "treated as continuing". Employers may use the Employer checking service.
